Shipping policy
Delivery Time
We aim to deliver your order within 3–7 business days across Pakistan.
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next working day.
- Delivery may be delayed during busy periods or due to order verification.
- Online payments are subject to fraud checks and will only be processed after approval.
- For Cash on Delivery (COD), payment will be collected at your doorstep.
- Once your order is shipped, you will receive tracking details via email (please check spam/junk folder if not received).
Shipping Fee
A flat shipping rate of PKR 250 is applied to all orders.
Courier Services
We use trusted courier partners such as Postex Blueex and Leopard Courier Service, depending on your location and order type. Tracking details will be shared once your order is dispatched.
Delivery Attempts
- The courier may contact you via SMS or call before delivery.
- Please ensure someone is available to receive the order.
- If you are unavailable, the parcel may be received by a family member or a trusted person.
Order Cancellation
For Cash on Delivery Orders:
- Our team may call you to confirm your order.
- If we are unable to contact you after multiple attempts, your order may be cancelled.
Customer-Initiated Cancellation:
- You may cancel your order before it is processed.
Cancellation by Komal Skin Care:
We reserve the right to cancel orders if:
- The product is out of stock
- Incorrect or incomplete contact details are provided
- A technical or system issue occurs
