1. Orders & Payments

• You can place orders directly through our website.
• All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.
• We may cancel or refuse any order if necessary.
• Prices are listed in PKR and may change without notice.
• You must provide accurate billing and contact information.

2. Shipping & Delivery

• We deliver through trusted courier services such as Postex, Blueex and Leopard Courier.
• Delivery times are estimated and may vary.
• We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers or external factors.
• Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the error is on our side.

3. Returns & Exchanges

• Returns or exchanges are accepted within 14 days.
• Items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging with tags.
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
• Refunds are processed as bank transfer or store credit.
• Exchanges depend on stock availability.
